Our story
Vimbio Corp was formed in 2025 through the merger of Moonoff and Niucom, two entities with distinct business areas that joined forces to drive and strengthen their growth in Europe.
With this merger, the corporation envisions a portfolio of services encompassing lighting, healthcare, and technology (Moonoff Group), as well as telephony (Niucom).

Born to light up the world
Moonoff was founded in Santiago de Compostela. A company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of professional, consumer, and LED lighting technology.
2020
Expansion of services
Moonoff creates Mooncare, the brand name for medical and personal protective equipment.
2022
Expansion of services
Moonoff’s partners founded Niucom, an entity with which to develop a new line of business: telephony solutions for organizations.
2024
Customized technological solutions
Moonoff constitutes Solpers, a professional line of development and production of electronic device technology.
Acquisition
Niucom acquires Cocomm, a professional telephony innovation company with a presence on 3 continents and in more than 15 countries.
