Vimbio Corp, among the highest-rated companies in the Galician Atlas of Committed Companies
The tech company ranks among the highest-rated companies overall in the sixth edition of the Galician Atlas of Committed Companies 2025, compiled by Economía Digital and published on March 24.
The report analyzes the level of commitment among Galician companies across the various dimensions of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Once again this year, Vimbio Corp is among the group of companies that have earned more than three stars in all four areas evaluated (Environment, Community, People, and Good Governance)—results that point to balanced performance across all categories measured by the study.
Environment
In the environmental category, Vimbio Corp has earned four stars and ranks among companies with advanced environmental planning. In fact, it is among the top 35% of companies that achieve the highest score in this specific category.
The study highlights initiatives related to reducing the carbon footprint, the circular economy, and efficient resource management, all of which are supported by structured plans aimed at reducing the impact of business activities.
Environment and People
In the “Community” category, the company once again received a high score, with four or more stars. The Atlas highlights its relationships with local suppliers and its engagement with various stakeholders in Galicia’s economic and social spheres.
Added to this is the use and promotion of the Galician language in its corporate activities, an aspect that is also among the criteria evaluated in this section.
Although the report does not go into as much detail regarding the “People” category, Vimbio Corp is listed among the companies with balanced performance in that category. This section analyzes issues such as equality, working conditions, training, and professional development.
Good Governance
In the Governance section, the company ranks in the top tier of the classification, with a rating of between four and five stars. The Atlas focuses on issues such as transparency, business ethics, and the adoption of international standards—areas in which the company receives an outstanding rating.
Factors such as participation in global initiatives—including the United Nations Global Compact—and responsible fiscal and organizational management are also taken into account.
The 2025 Galician Atlas of Committed Companies ranks the company among those that maintain a sustained level of commitment across all areas analyzed, at a time when these types of indicators are carrying increasing weight in the evaluation of the business community.
